Merry Christmas.

As my Niseko colleague said this morning, it kind of feels different this year, but the world goes on and I did spot Santa just before. I think he was going over to have a word with his bright green vegetable friend, our friend Naski. May I add he was wearing a mask.

Yesterday was as expected a mild day with sunny skies in the morning. A fine day to be out on the mountain.

(I am hearing that there was some rain overnight in the region though I didn't hear it myself and) I am glad to report that it is snowing now. The resort is reporting 6-8cm of it, there's a dusting on Naski's head right now and we are forecast snow today and into tomorrow. It's colder, but not very cold for the moment. Will be interesting to see how much we get this time. And I'll let you know!
