Independent snow and weather reporting from the Nozawa Onsen region of Nagano

New snowfall at base 0cm
Snowfall at base this season 799cm

Posted on Sunday 24th February 2019 This is an archived report. The latest Nozawa Now report can be found here.

It's going to be a sunny day and while it was pretty cold overnight it will be warming up to around 5C at base this afternoon.

The groomers should be in good conditions this morning and it will certainly feel good to be out in this weather, even if it's now slicing through deep fluff.

For some new of that fluff, we can look and hope for something around Thursday with clearer skies likely before that.

Have a fun Sunday.
