It's sunny! Well, down here at base anyway. Higher up there is still a lot of cloud and snowing.
Snow is still there on the forecast for today so it'll be interesting to see how the weather develops this morning. Today is a national holiday (Emperor's Birthday) and so it will be busier than just a normal weekday.
And talking about snow... we have had a lot more of it since yesterday. (I'm sorry I missed the snowfall update yesterday afternoon, so the numbers below are since 3pm yesterday and do not include snowfall during the day. Add some extra snow.)
Beyond today we will probably get to enjoy some clearer conditions and perhaps a good portion of sunshine. It should be calm too. Good weather to enjoy all of this snow. There's lots of it and it's beautiful!
