Yesterday felt a bit strange, considering the forecasts and then what we got. I was around base areas in the afternoon and there was some sun though cloud though limited visibility remained up top. But perhaps not the snow we were expecting. There has been about 10cm of fresh overnight down here and the ski area is reporting around on the upper areas since yesterday morning.
It is snowing lightly this morning and we hope for more cm through today and tomorrow.
Fresh snowfall recorded by the resort (since yesterday morning):
- Yamabiko (1407m): 17cm
- Uenotaira (1230m): 21cm
- Hikage (660m): 15cm
- Nagasaka (615m): 15cm
- Karasawa (563m): 10cm
