We're still not near to having enough snow for snow cats to start packing things down and get ready for resort operations, but we actually had measurable snow on the ground at base level, so time for an update.
Nice snow on the ground this morning; it's since turned sunny, which is nice for looking around but we don't want views, we want snow! I did visit Lotte Arai this morning, where the staff said they have 60cm up high on the mountain, so things are developing!
