Hello and good morning from Hakuba.
I am very happy to report that we are on a bit of a roll at the moment. I'll name it a 'relative roll' (because it's not like a full-on total dumpage kind of roll).
Mmmmmm, rolls!
OK back to being serious. Resorts are reporting another 10-15cm of fresh snowfall on our beloved mountains and it has been a beautiful early morning. Oh yes, I have an observed 5cm to add to my report from base.
Early on there is a lot of cloud, gas around as well as blue skies making for varying views depending on where you are. Quite dramatic in places.
Whether cloud will remain or it will clear up... well, we'll just have to see.
The forecast for tomorrow is looking good for snow. Let's expecting!
