Yesterdays major event was the rain that fell in Furano and turned the nice snowy streets into slush. This is now well gone and the snow has returned and has already left a fresh layer of 5cm around the village. Unfortunately we can't ski on it at the moment due to the moderate winds interfering with the operation of Furano Ropeway which is on hold at the moment.

Information regarding ski area operations is manually checked every morning and is believed to be correct at the time of the report.
