The winter weather has truly settled in and we have woken up this morning to find the first significant snowfall at village level. Currently there is 5cm on the ground in the village, but on the upper mountain there is a depth of around 30cm. With more snow forecast throughout the week and temperatures consistently below freezing the ski area opening will not be too far away.
