What it is an account u pre-pay and then can call home from what ever destination your at with a local number they give you... so heres my question... what is this number? *were going to be at niseko remember* 0053 112 0460 or 0053 116 0057 is that a local numbeR? or a free call number or a 20cents per minute number? could some one let me know? would be very appreciated!
