Another excellent film from one of the finest young directors of today, Danny Boyle. Considering the director, and how few good horror films have been produced the past decade, I had high hopes for this, and I am not disappointed. Few plot holes, a very good script, tight, creepy camera work and special effects, and fine performances all around lead me to unequivocally recommend this.

I saw it and enjoyed it for the most part. I thought it was a good study of what a post-apocalyptic society would actually be like. Some really cool shots of barren London. The most interesting part of this movie is that it was shot completely digitally. It gives the movie a considerably more raw, un-Hollywood feel. While I did find the device interesting and still more or less unused for major cinema releases, I actually didn't care for it all that much. I should say that while I did enjoy the movie, don't see it expecting anything especially scary or suspenseful.
