Of them, about 341,000 vehicles, including motor gangs, ran toll gates forcefully to avoid payment. The figure increased by 76,000 from the previous year. About 61,000 vehicles passed through toll gates declaring their refusal to pay, up 46,000 from the previous year." Holy crap you mean I can tell the dude with fingreless gloves in the toll booth, to shove his the toll up his a**?
