Goemon 0 Posted April 23, 2004 Share Posted April 23, 2004 mj: There are plenty of free or pay spots in Japan . You can usually find a hotspot at train stations too, but not on the trains themselves. JR was looking into offering free WAN service on the shinkansen, but they are still testing the connectivity at that high speed. I'm not sure about subways or local trains.
