I thought it would be OK, shampoo and liquid soap look same. Now, I realized you can't use soap for hair even if you put conditioner. Sugoi basa-basa... A little knowledge for you. damian 0 Posted June 18, 2004 Share Posted June 18, 2004 Slow, you daft tart, (sorry, it is new UK expression) as you have just discovered you can not use hand soap as hair soap. However, if you have short hair and use very thick and totally water insoluble bee's wax based hair products then the only way to get it all out in one wash is to use dish washing liquid. I have done this before. If you run out of shampoo then you should use white vinegar. It will make your hair quite soft and shiny. I know a few girls that use it regularly. I was once stupid enough to be at some poor birds house and she was trying to do the dishes with clothes washing powder as she had run out of washing up liquid. Link to post Share on other sites
