A SYDNEY labourer has become the first person in NSW to be prosecuted for taking photographs of topless women with his mobile phone. Peter Mackenzie, 25, pleaded guilty in Waverley Local Court yesterday to behaving offensively in a public place after he admitted roaming Coogee beach and snapping the female bathers on November 6.
