sanjo 2 Posted January 28, 2006 Share Posted January 28, 2006 Seems there was an avalanche in Myoko today, 300m above Akakura resort (Maeyama), 3 people involved in it. 1 person with some broken bones but other than that nothing too serious. Maeyama route is very popular, a half-day round BC trip can be accessed from the top lift station of Akakura Onsen ski resort. I've never heard avy report there. 2.
