Yes the biggest boor is 30cm but the board will be too narrow and you wont be able to turn. btw size 12 to 13 is 30.5 cm to 31.5. As with rollerblades it is nessesary to have a small bit of room in your boor or you will cause yourself an injury(even if it is small) Size 31 can be had easily for skiing. The largest I have seen for snowblades is 29.5 Unfortunatly for tall guys to only real option is going out and buying gear.
