This year we have teamed up with JNTO (Japan National Tourist Organization) for our questionnaire and the questions include some about general tourism in Japan issues as well as just winter sports and Japan. Your comments on these issues will be presented, shared and discussed with directors at JNTO (by Snow Japan), and so this is a rare chance to get your comments conveyed directly to people in that position. There's not that many questions to answer, so it should only take 5 or 10 minutes to fill in. Filling in the questionnaire really does help us know what you think about our site and also helps us improve.... so please do take a short time to answer the questions. We really appreciate your support and comments. 5 people who fill out the questionnaire will be sent some Smith Goggles in a prize draw in June 2006. We'll be putting some of the info regarding JNTO/Yokoso Japan together to present to JNTO in July. In the meantine, many of your comments have helped us decide what to develop on Snow Japan over the coming months in time for next season. We have already started on those developments. But that would spoil the fun. We like to keep these things to ourselves for a few reasons, one being that what we begin to develop often ends being different by the time it goes online as ideas change in the development process. Thanks for everyone who filled in the questionnaire at the end of last season. I wanted to let you know that some of the useful data that we received from SJ members in this questionnaire is going to be presented by SJ1 to a large meeting of lots of ski-jo types next month when he makes a talk on the subject. Whether they are interested or not, or do anything or not is another question but they will hear your comments - or at least a fair representation of the comments that we received!
