Guest Posted September 3, 2002 Share Posted September 3, 2002 Hi, I'll be visiting Japan from Dec 26th to Jan 8th. I would love to spend at least 2 days skiing while I'm there. I'm flying into Tokyo and travelling to Fukoaka. Can anyone suggest a Ski Resort where I can hire and spend and enjoyable few days?? Thanks Link to post Share on other sites
IM 0 Posted September 3, 2002 Share Posted September 3, 2002 If you are looking for a quick trip, Gala should be one of the options. 1hr from Tokyo(gondola station on top of the train station- can't be more convenient for that), has plenty of rental gear incl. outfit(even the bigger size), English signs. I personally would not go to Gala (croweded), but given the situation, and wants to get a taste of skiing in Japan, the place would be fine. Link to post Share on other sites
