Sven 0
I might be running out of ski-time with an upcoming job, and I'd really like to get some "off the groomed stuff" under my belt. For this, is anyone planning something this weekend and wants another SJ skier to go with? Basically, I'm happy to tackle any terrain, as long as there's someone there to show me the way I'm happy to go anywhere within reach of tokyo, and I can also go before/after this weekend. Any takers?
montoya 0
Sven, there are some pretty accessible lines at Kagura that I posted here awhile back: http://www.skijapanguide.com/ubb/ultimatebb.php/topic/1/4522.html#000005 Looks like some fresh snowfall from Fri onward http://weather.yahoo.co.jp/weather/jp/leisure/ski/15/13117.html -if you want to beat the crowds Fri is your best bet. I have a pretty bad case of the flu at the moment, but hopefully I'll be up there by then.
Fattwins 0
Do you have avie gear?
Sven 0
Unfortunately no avie gear... I was thinking some tree skiing might be a gentler introduction to proper powder than anything in avie areas! But hey, I'm up for pretty much anything at the moment...
