Sorry for getting off the topic but this is not up for debate, this is FACT. Plastic particulate is affecting the entire food chain from 200kg turtles to krill. And it's happening now. Some parts of the Pacific have 6 times the amount of plastic in them than plankton! Putting a stop to this is far more achieveable than the CO2 issue. Not that we should be ignoring that either.
