I've been unable to get it replaced in Japan because the retailer no longer exists and the boot maker is rare (Heier). My question: is it safe to still use this boot? These plastic caps seem designed to help with walking. They don't seem to be part of the binding/release system. Would appreciate any knowledgeable info. Thanks. Link to post Share on other sites
