Yes, snow is in short supply. Especially at this end of the nation!!

Weather has been FREAKY over in the West.

Cold for this time of year.

Wet.

And the storms - Hooley dooley! We've had a massive branch the size of an average tree come down on our front brick wall.

Half the debris filled an entire skip bin. New bin arrived today, time to get the chainsaw out again.

Bricks will need to be repaired, but they are sitting secure for now.

Party season is starting, so I hope it starts to warm up and the wind pisses orf.

First one on Tuesday (forecast for 37, bit windy, overcast)

Noooooooo!!!!!!

50 people coming for a BBQ/Swim on Tuesday and the forecast has just changed.

Still gonna be 37, but now there is going to be thunderstorms and rain!

And I just got done cleaning the windows.... Sheesh!

So, the storms and rain are YOUR fault!! You know it always rains just after you washed the car, why should house windows be different? :D

Now we've had just over 25 mm since I posted that table of averages. Locals had some hail damage from "golf-ball" sized hailstones. We missed out on them, thankfully!

We had over 30mm here in the last 24hrs with hail as well and the temp barely made it to 15 degrees. Snow settled on the somewhat nearby Mt Baw Baw! And on Saturday they are forecasting 37 degrees in Melbourne, probably low 30's here. Nothing if not varied the weather here at the moment.
