Memphis Hawk 2
RIP. Sucks to hear. When you think about it. It's crazy how close to death or serious injury you are every time you hit the slopes. On or off piste. Be careful guys.

jondreads 3
Sad news. My thoughts go out to his family and friends. According to our neighbours it was a bad landing from one of the jumps under the quad lift. It had a 8m ramp and was 1.5m high. Stay safe people.

Was he wearing a helmet do you know? I notice a lot less brain box use in Japan compared to Oz, NZ & North America
shadowtec 0
I noticed that on my past two trips as well. I wear one (habbit from my rock climbing days) my two cents is. it won't make it safe but it will make it safer (this was very sad)
Sciclone 2
I plan on wearing a helmet this year... I do have mini-padding in my beanie (It's a Red brand one, the inside looks like football headgear) but with the speeds I'm now comfortable doing, It'd probably fly off as soon as hit the deck... Plus it allows me to mount my contour to it
