This kind of 'incentive' says if you can't afford the kids then don't have them, but if you can afford them, we understand they are expensive and shall provide tax breaks for you as you are providing us with the next generation of taxpayers. I have to admit I enjoy not receiving any government cash because I do not have to fill out forms and provide all that personal information for a few lousy dollars, but the tax incentive I would accept with a BIG BIG smile!
