Over the past 18 months.My family went to Hakuba in feb 2009 had a great time. We are going to Nozawa for 7 days & Shiga Kogen for 5 in feb 2010.Could any one recomend the simplist way to get from Nozawa to Shiga Kogen with all our ski gear. Slippery Jim 65 Posted August 31, 2009 Share Posted August 31, 2009 Probably the simplest way is to just take the express bus back to Nagano Station from Nozawa, then get back on the express bus to Shiga. Of course, you could try offering a monetary reward to some enterprising SJ'er who has a good-size van and is willing to fetch you from N to SK -- given that it's going to be close to 5,000 yen/person for the buses. There may be some ``wagon taxi'' service out of Nozawa that could handle family & gear, but not sure about that. Link to post Share on other sites

Myoko Guy 0 Posted August 31, 2009 Share Posted August 31, 2009 Keinan Bus provides shuttle bus service between Myoko, Hakuba, Nozawa and Shiga, as well as to and from Nagano City. So presume there might be a possibility to get the bus between Shiga and Nozawa. Also, ask your host. The majority of these places have vans and buses and could either do it themselves or maybe organise someone who could. Link to post Share on other sites
