Location of Big Cliff in Hirafu?

Would be most grateful if someone could please tell me the location of the Big Cliff restaurant in Hirafu - I understand the old site is now occupied by an Irish pub.

We get some pretty odd questions on here but I reckon this would have to be right up there. Why on earth do you need to know this? If what you have heard is true an Irish pub will stick out like the proverbial, especially if it is located in the Big Cliff building. If it isn't true, it obviously doesn't matter.

Perhaps Skisalam is just the owner of the Irish bar and doing a bit of publicity.

Perhaps the restaurant has just moved location and Skisalam is just wanting to know where it has moved to (and therefore not the owner of the Irish bar but owner of the restaurant).

You might be right there GG. Probably needs all the free publicity it can get right now, given the current economic climate.

That Irish pub has replaced the finest establishment on the main street.

 

Instead of izakaya food, you now have fish n chips, beef n guinness pie, chicken in a basketcase.

 

Like some of those locals are saying, keeps the vankas all in one place.

 

I will miss the Big Cliff. The dudes must've gone surfing.

Thanks Thursday. Yes, I was trying to find out to where the Big Cliff restaurant has relocated in Hirafu. Will give them a call.

Hope my lady is still there in the van selling octopus balls, VERY yummy after a hard day on the snow. Not into Irish Pub or hamburgers whilst in Japan.
