when will the snow come???

well, i know that people reckon the winter won't be so cold because of the coolish summer, but it's got cold pretty quickly in isawa, and if i remember correctly, this time last year i was still lounging around in a t-shirt instead of breaking out the kerosene heater and huddling by it.

 

is it just freaky weather, or a generally cooler year all round (that will hopefully result in a much colder winter!!!!)?
