Sciclone 2
Hey all, Just booked my ticket for my February trip to Japan. Just wondering, what time are the snow shops in Kanda open until? My plane gets in around 5ish, so hopefully be in Tokyo about 7.30ish taking the train. Because we are looking at staying in a cheap hotel in Jimbocho, which is just down the road from all the snow stores, I was hoping I could by a board and bindings that night (although after 9 hours travel, I may think otherwise). This would let me get on the first shinkansen available to go to Shiga Kogen and practice a little before setting out the next day for 5 glorious days of snow.

skidaisuki 0
I think you'll have enough time to get to the bigger shops like Ishii ("ICI"), Victoria and Minami.
7-11 2
Might be tight though - plan your trip to the shops!

BillTheBinMan 0
I'm sure I was there last time and they were open later. It will be tight though, getting there 20 minutes before closing ain't much good either is it?
