Rag-Doll 0
Does anybody here ride snowboards in hard boots? If you do, how do they compare to normal soft boots for everyday freeriding? I'm not particularly fussed about doing crazy eurocarves (or whatever they're called) but I'm interested to know if the increased performance of hard boots is worth any down side, in an all day -all mountain context. If I bought them I'd stil be riding a normal freeride board.
Squirell 0
I leanrt to ride on hard boots, tried soft boots and hated the lake of control, so I found that you can get a foam injected liner into a snowboarding SOFT boot and I have the support like a hard boot but forgiveness like a soft boot, Best of both worlds
Rag-Doll 0
Interesting, thanks squirell. I guess from that you're saying that there is a comfort trade off for using hard boots.
