rach 1
I am still having trouble sleeping properly having come back to Japan after a lengthy spell in the UK. Just can't get to sleep until 3am or even later (the other day I only got 1 hour of sleep). Anyone else have similar experiences coming back to Japan from wherever you were? scouser 4
It usually takes me the best part of a week to get back to normal sleeping patterns.
gerard 6
Depends on what I'm doing during the day. For Jet lag I think exercise and excitement during the day = good sleep at night. Failing that, good prescription drugs.

rach 1
Last night I managed a pretty normal nights sleep. If it gets to 3am I just get really frustrated - ending up making myself even more awake.
spook 0
a good sniff of brandy ought to knock you out. i find jet lag really frustrating. it never used to affect me, but after some recent long haul flights i find myself waking up in the middle of the night for up to week

gerard 6
Soub, maybe you need to hit 'reset'. I took the day off work yesterday and climbed a mountain. --that might do the trick

smellyfeet 0
Back to topic I have trouble sleeping the first few days after coming back. After that though I'm just so tired that I soon get back to normal.
