Noisy noisy cats

The last 2 months or so almost every night the local cats have been, er, making lurve in our neighbourhood and they are making a LOT of noise! Honest, sometimes I'm kept awake by these big wailings, it's starting to get annoying.

yeah i had one who used to do it under my wooden shack, i mean house. i used to bang on the tatami so hard it shook the whole house and it would run out.

Isn't it the most awful sound? Even worse when you know it's your cat getting laid. Nasty!

Yes they do sound like screaming babies actually.

I think maybe it happens when they quarrel their territory or when they find lovers.

In both cases, a bit hard to avoid it though I know how you have had hard time, muikabochi.

Usually it happens late at night when you want to sleep, right?

Yes late night. And I live in a quiet area so they are just so loud. And almost every night

part of the reason (possibly a large part of the reason) is due to the pine cone esq design to the male cat's wang. basically, it has a whole bunch of barbs down the shaft making the withdrawal stage most excruciating for the female. i knew why but now i forget.
