Real Caviar is from the Sturgeon fish, which is becoming increasingly rare due to many factors, chiefly the Dead Sea Russaian border where they used to be found in sholes and was one of the main breeding gounds in the world, now none at all due to pollution from run off and the zoo plankton that sustained the whole marine environment dying.
