guzzlers-baps 0
Can any friendly SJ friend help me? I'm using Outlook for my emails and suddenly a mail from a certain person has turned red! (in the main listings - not the actual mail itself). I can't remember doing anything to make it go red and want to change it back to the normal black. Anyone help me?! nzlegend 1
you should look somewhere like here. http://support.microsoft.com/ you are likely to find what you are looking for. If you want to 'reclaim your inbox' try here
Goemon 0
They might be "Flagging" the mail and making it appear red as a reminder to you to take some action (like read it).
misorano 1
Whic version of outlook are you using. As Goemon says, the later versions have different colored flags you can set.
guzzlers-baps 0
Thanks... hmmm. Outlook 2003 it is. I'll take a look though I can't find anywhere to set these "flags" or whatever. (Are you joking about the MS help pages though. In the past I remember thinking that they are about as helpful as something that isn't at all).
