fb_steve 0
Hey everyone, I watched the Sumo addictivly whilst in Japan last two visits and would really like to see some matches. Unfortunately I'll be in Tokyo between the Jan and March tounraments. Are there any tournaments on in Tokyo in the first half of Feb? I'm not bothered if they are national or amatuer, just anything really! Thanks for the help! Cheers, Steve PS - Loved that crazy Mongol last time!

fb_steve 0
Thanks Bushpig! I had a look at that earlier and didn't find anything, I looked again and there is a charity match on the 12th. Unfortunately I can't make that, but that gives me some hope there are more matches in that period. Cheers
nzlegend 1
There a few one day touraments throughout the year involving the professional Rikishi - Ozumo. Usually between the 6 main 15 day tournaments. In Feb apart from the 12th you are out of luck dude. If you want to see videos of past tournments or current tournaments when they are on go here http://www.banzuke.com/~movies/2005.html these video clips are all done free of charge by passionate volunteers perhaps you might want to visit one of the stables (beya) and watch early morning training, its another option.
