slow 0 Posted December 13, 2005 Share Posted December 13, 2005 Seems like there is a place called "Break" in Tokyo station, around Shinkansen exit, 100yen/10mintues. http://www.jr-break.com/info/tokyo/index.html There is a yahoo cafe near Hibiya park, too but it's not so close to Yurakucho.
