veronica 2 Posted October 29, 2005 Share Posted October 29, 2005 OK so a friend in the States bought me the special edition of the new Depeche Mode album - and one of the discs is a DVD with a 5.1 surround mix of the album on it. Great. Sounds brilliant on my tv setup where I have a decent 5.1 speaker set, but...... it seems as though I can only play it there. It's a DVD of course.... My question is - are there any "cd players/music systems" out there now (you know like a traditional setup amp player speakers) that can play this in all its glory?? I'm a bit confused about it all. (Going back to the US to for an early Christmas, meet some friends over there and see DM at Madison Square Garden. Can't wait ) Link to post Share on other sites

Hook up your 5.1 speakers to your pc as well as your tv. Disclaimeer I'm a bit drunk so this might be silly advise. Link to post Share on other sites
