Hey holo, Are you flying from Sydney ,we have the same arrival times for our flight(flying out of Syd 13/1)and hope to catch the NEX - 0742am to Tokyo and then the Shink at around 9.20 to Nagano.That arrives around 11.00.Jump the bus and get into the hotel by 12.30-1.00 With any luck and getting through customs quickly we were hoping this would be possible. May even allow us to get a few late runs in that day if we can get to the hotel by 1.00.

Rag-doll, That sounds like the stuff we are into, bit of fun and culture running the streets in Japan, hopefully boarded out by the time we get to Tokyo.I reckon my son will love it, first o/s trip , especially the difference in culture,language ,food (girls in short skirts, ha)etc.The whole travel experience in general.Definitely want to check Shibuya out and do as much as possible in the 2-3 days there.Thats what i was hoping by taking to Japan, as well as great boarding giving him a different experience from ou norm. Cant wait its gunna be good , thanks for the info.

In tokyo we are staying in Shinagawa and have a flexible jr pass, so thought we might be able to cruise around the big city checking stuff out and having a laugh.

Thanks, trying to find out more about it, might be brushed after a week or so in Nozawa and Hakuba.I might just take him around for a cruise to Shinjuku and other places that might freak him out a bit.Have some fun checking different things out.

Hey everyone, Booked a trip in for Nozawa/Hakuba in January 07.We have a few days in Tokyo and as Im travelling with my 14yr old son, he suggested we check out an indoor Snowboard park he had heard of , Snova ? Does any one have any further info on this and where it is located. Appreciate any info , Thanks
