Yeah I do actually. Or more, I felt they were continually cutting back before March 11th and that event was a convenient way to easily explain more cut backs. Is there a need to close a third off this season? Is there a shortage of electicity? Not many other resorts are doing that this year are they? 'The left hand third', well it's a third isn't it. 33% or whatever. That's not inconsiderable. Can someone kindly show me a link to some of this? I have been here for a number of years, and I can't remember any particular 'Niseko bashing'. If anything, I'd actually say that overall there had been more 'Hakuba bashing', if indeed there had been that much bashing at all., in the big picture. It's a discussion forum, isn't it?

There's way better places than Alts, JA especially since 3/11. I certainly wouldn't recommend it to someone coming from overseas to go there. I'd most definitely point them a bit north to Zao.
