First of all thank you to snow Japan and Madarao kogen for these free lift tickets! Without them I would probably not of chosen this resort and I'm very happy I got the chance to ride this mountain and happy to have the chance to write this review. So I chose a great couple of days to head off to Madarao. Sunday 17th was an early start from Tokyo - Nagano on the Shinkansen out of Ueno station . Just a couple of photos from my recent return this week! today was much clearer with great viz into lunch time. around 2pm it started snowing which was definitely needed as it was starting to get a little bumpy. We spent most of the time lapping the Nagamine 2 quad which was a good decision as on the final run down to the bottom the last part of the course was super hard and icey. that place is great I have only been once but they had 500円 pints that day and also saw advertisements about parties where the beer gets cheaper throughout the night as kegs start to run out.

Well that's one to knock off the list then. I've had a good look at the hotels listed on SJ but working out the prices individually seems to be coming up a lot more expensive. I guess you get what you pay for but Any English sites you recommend offering package deals that you know off? the best site I found is offering the hotels I listed Including board rental ski pass Shinkansen breakfast etc Cheers
