depends... if we are trying to shrink our own Muffin Tops we might head to the gym and refuse to eat dinner wink

Sit ups and those annoying side to side things for your obliques! Woop woop.

(Just put my gym membership on hold so I can grow a better muffin top)

No. The problem is that the girl is too fat for those jeans.

No she isn't too fat for those jeans, as they fit on her, they're just too low cut as MB said.

Some girls that dress size would look awesome in low rise jeans because they don't have love handles and a beer gut
On the other hand, I know a girl who is NZ size 6 (US size 2 i think?) who has a muffin top

No, but if he doesn't do his own research then he's an idiot.

This thread is a part of his research no?

I did about 70% of my research before I ever posted here, Nozawa was already booked for a week and I was having a bit of a lull in the planning so thought I'd forum a bit.

Yep, so long as I don't have to share a seat with any of them. The stink hangs in the clothing, and I am VERY MUCH averse to it. BTW, I am a reformed smoker, and the smell now makes me sick. (A previous supervisor used to call the smokers at our work as "smulkers" - those who skulk about smoking.)

smile My boss calls us the smoulder-ers. Smoke is billowing out of us and we might combust one day!
  5. How much is it for a pack in Japan ATM?

It is NZ$15.70 for me to buy a 25 pack of B&H (well I think it is - half the stores don't show the price anymore because everyone is so confused after the last tax hike) but we mostly smoke roll your owns and Mr Mintys workmates buy all of our tobacco in Duty free.

Taxes do provide an incentive to quit, for sure, I mean we're not idiots - we do know that smoking kills, that it slows you down and makes you smelly. My uni campus had almost no smokers - most students were fresh off the farm - bar of course my degree. It's a bit strange to think now that 40 students who's future career depends on their sense of smell and taste, indulged in smoking because wine and a cig look "cool" together.

    Almost comically ignorant.

I haven't attacked you personally anywhere here, so don't label me ignorant - that implies that my opinion is worth less than yours. We're all entitled to an opinion and they are all of equal value. Thank you.

(NZ. Yeah, massive population there! And the word 'cult'. That brings up dreams of millions of skiers too doesn't it.)

That may or may not change in the future of course.

But anyway back to your skiers-only 'argument' --- what do you mean?

I'm just surprised they don't charge for anything more considering they probably get more well off snobs.

End of argument for me, because it's 12.21am here and I'm going to go watch a movie with Mr Minty

    Quite the opposite in fact.
How much overseas resorts charge is irrelevant.

It isn't irrelevant if your ski tourism is an ever increasing sector.

Not to mention that the snow quality will continue to ensure increasing numbers from overseas, even if the prices increase. Skiing in Japan is like this cult thing atm in NZ - a few people talk about going, or planning to go, and I have this feeling that in the next few years it's going to take off the way Aussies going to Japan did.
Then there is the increase in number of Visas available to the Chinese.
  9. I would NOT do that, because most airlines will allow you to check one piece of sporting equipment for no added cost (Hence a few extra kgs for free)

However if you have everything in one bag that is over the basic allowed weight then you would have to take your skis or boots out to take advantage of the extra weight allowance, losing any protection the bag may have provided.

Does the ski store owner sell these handy dandy bags by chance?
