The ski area is about 21km from Kinugawa Onsen Station on the Kinugawa line, and about 38km from Nasu Shiobara Station on the Tohoku Shinkansen line.


On weekends and holidays a free shuttle bus leaves Kinugawa Onsen Station at 9:00am. The journey takes about 50 minutes. Reservations are required.

By road

Edelweiss Ski Resort is about 30km from the Nishi Nasuno Shiobara IC on the Tohoku Expressway.


From the IC exit turn right onto Route 400 and after about 17.5km turn left onto the Nichien Momiji Line road. The ski area is just over 12km along this road on the left hand side.


Approaching from the south (central Nikko city), head north on Route 121 and then take the Nichien Momiji Line.


Edelweiss Ski Resort is about 40 minutes from Kinugawa Onsen.

There is free parking for 1,500 vehicles at the base of the ski area.
