By road

Hachi Kita Kogen is just over 21km from the Yokahyonosen IC exit of the Bantan Renraku Road.


From the IC exit turn left onto Route 9 and continue on that road for about 17km. Either turn left at the traffic lights onto Prefecture Road 269 for the accommodation base or continue a bit further and turn left onto Prefecture Road 89 for the base of the slopes. Both are clearly signposted.


There are numerous car parks available by the base areas of Hachi Kita Kogen. Parking charges range from 1,000 yen to 1,800 yen.


Cheaper parking is also available in the accommodation area a little further away.
