Snow has started to fall this morning and there's just about 3cm so far as of 7:45am. We are due snow through the day, light to moderate and then perhaps some heavier snow overnight into tomorrow.

So yesterday we did get some rain in the afternoon but it had thankfully turned into snow by night time and this morning there is new cm of fresh snowfall to report.

After a day of cloudy/foggy kind of conditions yesterday in some places, this Monday morning is starting overcast/cloudy - everything is looking white/silver/grey.

We did get some snowfall yesterday but this morning there's 6cm of fresh to report. Kagura and Maiko are reporting up to 10cm, Ishiuchi reporting 5cm.

Some light snow overnight with 1-2cm around town areas but the sun is trying to break through the remaining clouds this morning.

There was some light snow falling yesterday, even during the evening, but some brighter spells as well.

That snowfall number yesterday was really huge, and it hasn't really stopped snowing since then (well, as far as we know).

And... wow. It was really snowing hard when the report was made yesterday morning, and by 6pm 41cm of snow on the main measuring point.

This morning feels much colder and mid-winter like than the last run of days.

Moderate snow this morning and another 19cm of snow to report from town level since the last report.

It's snowing this morning and there has been 5cm since the last report.

The snow started up again yesterday evening and this morning there's another 23cm of fresh snow.

There was more snow during the day yesterday, but, again, it didn't amount to much in terms of new cm.

It was snowing for large parts of yesterday, though it wasn't the kind of snowfall that gave us a large amount of new snow.
