We did get some snowfall yesterday but this morning there's 6cm of fresh to report. Kagura and Maiko are reporting up to 10cm, Ishiuchi reporting 5cm.
Already we have seen some changeable weather this morning. As you can see from the photo below (Maiko) there was quite a bit of blue sky around earlier on, but it's all a bit more cloudy as we approach 8am. There might even be some light snow falling, but nothing significant.
Today is a national holiday and so it's a long weekend for many. That normally means that this weekend is one of the busiest of the season. Of course, these are not 'normal' times, but still we can expect places to be relatively busy over the next few days.
The forecast for tomorrow is a mix of cloud and sun.
