Good morning on this last day of March and I am happy to report a bit of fresh snow to finish the month.

What a nice surprise this morning!

Just a dusting of snow this morning; not quite 1cm at my measuring point, but I am going to be add the 1cm to the report this morning.

Anyone get to enjoy yesterday? I was a bit annoyed that I had to miss it actually.

I have 2cm more fresh snow to report since my last report here near Hirafu base.

Fresh snow! Hurray! Oh I love snow so much. It's brilliant. Even when it's a bit wetter than the peak season variety.

There's a dusting of snow on the ground here at base - very much a thin dusting, so no new cm.

I have 2cm of fresh snowfall to report to you this morning on the ground here at base.

There's another nice top-up of 13cm this morning.

There's more fresh snow to report this morning, so following on from yesterday today should also be very nice out there on the mountain.

It feels like a long time since I have reported over 20cm in one report, but happily today is one of those days.

And good news this morning with 9cm of fresh snow on the ground outside my place near the base of Hirafu. It's cold too. Yey.

Just a slight snowfall to report this morning along with colder conditions as well which is good.

It was all a little too warm yesterday and unfortunately we had to endure a bit of rain in the afternoon yesterday and, it appears, overnight.
