Just a short while ago it was snowing heavily outside my place, though that has eased off considerably now.

It was snowing quite hard for a while there yesterday afternoon, and this morning I have an additional 7cm to add to my report.

It's another of those mornings where it's quite bright with some blue sky in places, and light snow lazily falling in others (Village).

It feels a bit milder this morning (the ski areas are only reporting around -7C up top and it's about -2cm here at base.

After the disruption to lifts yesterday morning, it is much calmer this morning and we start the day with ski areas opening as planned.

Bit windy this morning, with the top lifts on hold at the start of the day.

It is snowing as I write this, and some lovely big flakes at times too.

Well, we thought we might see a break in the run of snowfall numbers... but no!

What a fine way to start a Monday morning.

Light snow in places early morning after more cm incoming overnight.

More good snow news to begin the weekend with 20cm or more since yesterday. I have measured 20cm.

After a windy day yesterday and some lift disruption, today should be somewhat calmer (though not calm - might still be windy up there).

I do have some more fine snow to report to you this morning but, alas, wind is going to be a major topic today.

It's another cold morning with 5+cm of snow to report since yesterday.
