Even though I am unfortunately not there to be able to enjoy the day today, it does sounds like it is a very fine morning and very promising.

The ski area WILL be open tomorrow, Sunday 26th November.

Good news this morning. The snow that started yesterday continued during the day and overnight. The result is a base of 21cm (and 30cm on upper areas of the mountain according to the ski area).

A quick report to record the 5-10cm of snowfall we have received at base since yesterday.

Today (Sunday 23rd April) is the last day of the season at Geto Kogen. It's sunny with some cloud.

Going back to yesterday it was rainy and windy. Not great weather.

Fresh snow! Just 1cm, but great to see it all the same.

Yesterday was mostly rain and wind, so perhaps best quickly forgotten with a look at what we have this morning... which is some light snow.

Another 5cm of snow this morning, nearer 10cm higher up. It is snowing lightly, with some limited visibility in places due to 'gas' (think, fog).

We had snow falling yesterday, lazily for a lot of the time and so it hasn't added up to a huge amount... 3cm down at base with the ski area reporting 5cm.

Just a dusting more of snow to report to you. Not been much in terms of fresh of late as we wonder what March might deliver...

We had snow and wind yesterday and this morning there is still a bit of wind around but not like yesterday. The sun is out too.

This morning an interesting set of numbers. About 15cm down at base, but the ski area is reporting 37cm higher up.

It started snowing overnight and it is snowing this morning.
