Hello from Geto Kogen.


Just a dusting more of snow to report to you. Not been much in terms of fresh of late as we wonder what March might deliver...


It was warm with some rain yesterday. This morning is cloudy with light snow and clearly not as warm early on but it is going to remain relatively mild.


Perhaps we need to accept that spring is with us. Or certainly knocking loudly on the door.


Snowfall statistics (as reported by the ski area):


New snowfall (top): 2cm

Current snow depth (top): 345cm

Current snow depth (base): 250cm

Total season snowfall so far at top: 1786cm


Lifts:

- Number 1 Gondola

- Number 2 Gondola (closed today: usually open on weekends and holidays until 26th March)

- Number 1 pair lift

- Number 2 pair lift (closed today: open on weekends and holidays until 21st March)

- Quad lift


Courses:

- Normal runs open

- Tree run courses will be checked and a decision regarding opening made after that
