A big bank of cloud covering the mountain this morning and the ski area is actually reporting up to 5cm up in the top area.

Yesterday the clouds quickly parted and the sun came out. Fine weather, particularly in the first part of the morning.

Just over 1cm of snow to add this morning but I think the more important news is that wind has eased off and top lifts are scheduled to open as planned at the start of the day.

14cm of snow since the report yesterday and not much more than a dusting since yesterday evening.

The earlier snow has eased off and there's a bit of sunshine (sort of) now in places.
