It's another mild morning as we prepare to say bye to February and look forward to hopefully a good spring season.

Quality clear blue skies over the mountain early this morning. (A few moved in since then but still fine mostly clear skies).

Light snow falling this morning after another haul of 10cm or so on the mountain.

An early report from me this morning and more snow to report. 5-10cm apparently on the mountain and I can vouch for around 5cm of that here.

It is another cold and snowy morning in Madarao. A nice amount and very nice quality snow too. Nice and cold too. Nice.

Hurray! The resort is actually open today after the stormy conditions yesterday, but there's not much to see.

Madarao Kogen is.... closed. At the moment anyway as strong winds are preventing lifts from moving.

Yaaaa, sugoi! Lots of snow this morning and lots more on the way be the looks and feel of things.

Snow is back this morning and Madarao is saying there's 5-10cm of fresh on the slopes.

A cold morning in Madarao but the sun is out and mostly blue skies earlier on, a few more clouds around as I write this.

Resort is reporting 15-20cm of fresh snow on the slopes this morning.

Light snow falling at the moment as the mountain is engulfed in cloud (fog?) and there's really not much to see at all.

More snow this morning and while it's not a huge number, it's very nice quality light snow. Yesterday was a fine day (snow condition wise) and today should be more of that.

Madarao is reporting 15-20cm of new snowfall on the slopes and there was definitely over 10cm on the car. Yes, I'd say more like 15cm.
